SHIPPING

 

Orders are prepared and shipped within three business days after payment has successfully settled.

 

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Express shipping and international shipping are not currently available.

 

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $60 or more before taxes. Shipping costs for orders below $60 will be displayed during checkout.

 

Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, holidays, postal-service disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will provide notice and any options required by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Because cosmetics are personal-use products, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by law or approved under our Refund and Order Resolution Policy.

 

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or recalled. A cancellation-based refund request cannot be submitted after shipment.

 

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may submit a request for review. Depending on the circumstances and supporting information, we may issue a full or partial refund, send a replacement, reship the order, or deny the request.

 

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

We may update, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary.
